Times of Play
Course is open for play from 29 March 2012 through 18 November 2012 inclusive.
Green Fee Terms
Exclusive use by arrangement.
Full payment is required to secure the booking.
Please note bookings of less than four persons for any one tee-time may be paired up, at management's discretion.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Cheque or BACS. BACS payment will only be accepted more than four weeks in advance of your tee time reservation.
Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation of reservations.
Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to date of play will be refunded in full. Between 7-14 days there will be a 50% cancellation charge. Those received less than 7 days before date of play are non-refundable. Refunds are not available due to delayed or cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. Management strongly recommends that all golfers consider travel insurance.
Alteration of Booking
Subject to availability tee times can be moved one day either side of original booking at no additional charge.
Dress Code
Smart casual. Golf caps and metal spikes are not to be worn in the clubhouse.
Speed of Play
Course rangers will be in operation during the season and players are requested to adhere to their instructions and keep up with the match in front.
Handicap Certificates
Castle Stuart Golf Links reserves the right to inspect handicap certificates. Recommendations are as follows;
Black: By approval in golf shop
White: 9 or below
Green: 10 or above
Red: Seniors & Ladies
Caddies
Caddies should be requested in advance through the reservations department and are subject to availability.
Caddy fee - £40 plus discretionary gratuity which must be paid in full to the caddy on the day.
Hire
Club hire - £35 per round.
Clubhouse
Facilities include ladies and gents locker rooms, golf shop and lounge. Food and beverage served throughout the day (alcoholic beverages from 11.00 am, 12.30 pm on Sundays). Please note that the use of mobile phones is only permitted within the locker rooms.
Halfway Bunker Bar
Serving hot & cold drinks and snacks at the 10th tee.
Complimentary Welcome Pack
A complimentary pack including course guide will be given to all golfers on the 1st tee.
Practice Facility
Complimentary use of our practice facility is available to everyone prior to their tee time.
