There’s just a few more days left to enter this year’s Highland Ladies Open at Castle Stuart.

The four-time Scottish Open venue is hosting the annual event for the fifth time on Sunday, 11 August and there are still some places left.

The 18-hole competition is limited to 28 teams of two who will play 2-ball better ball, ie the lowest score on each a hole will count towards the overall total.

The winning pair will be part of the Castle Stuart team at the Nairn Golf Club Ladies’ Pro Am on 7 September in aid of Marie Curie.

To compete in this year’s Open, players must be aged 18, have a handicap of 36 or below and live in the postcode areas IV, KW or PH19-41.

The entry fee of £170 per team includes bacon rolls and coffee/tea on arrival, lunch and prizegiving in the clubhouse, as well as a merchandise showcase of Green Lamb’s autumn/winter 2019 collection, with favourable prices for contestants.

Former Curtis Cup player Gillian Stewart, a four-time winner on the Ladies European Tour, will also be on hand again to offer tips to players before the competition.

Please note that players must register no later than 30 minutes prior to time of play. Tee times are reserved from 11am-1.10pm and the draw will be made the week prior to the competition and a copy will be sent to each competitor.
